Croner Technical Operations and Production Services Survey - The Croner Company

The Croner Technical Operations and Production Services Survey is an industry-specific Survey conducted annually to provide television, film, production and post-production companies with up-to-date market compensation data for positions in technical and broadcast operations, media services, production, post production, and digital content / packaged media production and distribution, across the entertainment industry.

In 2012, 16 entertainment companies — both large and small — participated in the Croner Survey and are now using the data to understand current compensation trends; to establish rational market compensation levels in their organizations; and to make compensation-related decisions for new hires and promotions and bonuses.
