We conducted a "titling" study for the software subsidiary of a major entertainment conglomerate.  The recommendations of the project led to a complete re-organization of the subsidiary and the modification of many of its operating processes.

We assisted this major developer / publisher of software games with the re-design of its organization to better support a radical shift in the company’s sales and product strategies.  The scope of the project included domestic, U.S., entities as well as the company’s non-domestic subsidiaries.  The new organization was tied to a major redesign of its executive and employee incentive plans.

Major Commercial Real Estate Brokerage

We conducted an in-depth review of the organization and operations of this multi-office commercial real estate brokerage that led to a major re-organization of its sales and management functions. 

Provider of Specialized Insurance and Related Services

We conducted a comprehensive review of operations and organization that resulting in the major restructuring of this publicly-traded specialty provider of services.  Our work also led to the development of the company's first long-term strategic plan. 

Major Residential Real Estate Developer

As part of a strategic planning process, led by The Croner Company, we reviewed and restructured the entire organization of this nationwide residential real estate development company. 

Reinsurance Intermediary

We assisted this spin-off reinsurance intermediary with the development and implementation of a revised organization and operations plan.  The company experienced considerable growth and increasing profitability and was acquired by a major insurance company. 

Provider of Alternative Power Generation Options

We assisted this start-up alternative electrical power supplier with the development of its organization structure and operating procedures.  The company built and operated a number of state-of-the-art power generation facilities that used "alternative," renewable energy sources.
