Now in its 20th year, the Lasnik∞Broida / Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations is conducted annually to provide up-to-date and accurate market compensation data to private, independent grantmaking foundations in the U.S.

In 2016, a total of 131 foundations participated in the Lasnik∞Broida / Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations.  Of the total participants, 105 were grantmaking foundations, 17 were operating foundations and 9 were hybrid – both grantmaking and operating foundations.

The affiliation of Lasnik∞Broida Consultants, Inc. and The Croner Company brings together specialists in the field of compensation for foundations and nonprofits with expertise in conducting market compensation surveys.
