The CTHRA Cable and Satellite MSO Survey is an industry-specific survey conducted annually to provide competitive compensation information to cable multiple systems operators (MSOs) and other cable and telecommunications operators.

In 2018, 12 companies, representing approximately 177,000 employees, are using Croner survey data to establish rational market compensation levels in their organizations. The participant companies in the Report represent the majority of industry employers and therefore provide strong industry representation. They include the largest MSOs as well as regional cable and telecommunications operators.  In addition to covering the full breadth of traditional industry jobs, the survey has expanded to also include home security companies and positions.
