The Croner Entertainment Survey, launched in 2013, is conducted annually for companies in theatrical and television production. The Survey invites participation from large film studios, smaller film studios and companies that produce entertainment content distributed in theaters or across television and digital networks.  The Survey has been expanded to also serve the music industry.  Results include data for positions in Production, Marketing, Distribution, Legal & Business Affairs for the music companies.

The Survey is a benchmark compensation resource for studio production and distribution positions in the U.S. film and television entertainment industries.  It includes positions at all organizational levels – separated by theatrical versus television – in functions such as production, post production, marketing, distribution, home entertainment, product licensing, legal & business affairs, facilities/real estate and G&A.
